We also assist similar organizations in getting started and thriving, contributing to a flourishing arts ecosystem. Together, we can make a lasting impact on our communities through the power of creativity.
Since 2008, HPAC has been working hard to ensure that the citizens of sister cities Hastings, Minnesota and Prescott, Wisconsin have access to the arts. Here are some of the ways we serve our communities:
Event Sponsorship
HPAC brings the community together by sponsoring events like concerts,
art exhibitions, and performances.
Scholarships for Artists
We provide scholarships to residents of all ages who want to learn an art form, helping them access lessons and creative opportunities.
Grants for Arts Partners
HPAC offers small grant funding for community partners who are creating and offering opportunities in the arts for our communities and citizens.
Art Outreach Programs
