Our mission is to foster the arts in our communities.

HPAC is dedicated to supporting local artists and fostering a vibrant community through art. We provide various opportunities for creative expression and experiences, ensuring that everyone has equal access to the arts. We also assist similar organizations in getting started and thriving, contributing to a flourishing arts ecosystem. Together, we can make a lasting impact on our communities through the power of creativity.

Since 2008,HPAC has been working hard to ensure that the citizens of sister cities Hastings, Minnesota and Prescott, Wisconsin have access to the arts. Here are some of the ways we serve our communities:

Event Sponsorship: HPAC brings the community together by sponsoring events like coffeehouse music concerts, art exhibitions, and performances.

Scholarships for Artists: We provide scholarships to residents of all ages who want to learn an art form, helping them access lessons and creative opportunities.

Art Outreach Programs: Our initiatives, like Art for All Ages and the RAP (Rec, Art, and Police) program, make the arts accessible to diverse audiences, fostering creativity and connection.

Community Engagement: Through public art projects, workshops, and partnerships, HPAC strengthens the cultural fabric of Hastings and Prescott.
