Fostering the Arts in Our Communities

The Hastings Prescott Arts Council (HPAC) is a nonprofit that supports and promotes the arts in the Hastings–Prescott area through community events, classes, scholarships, grants, and gallery programs. We operate the Orange Dragon Art Gallery and the HPAC Creative Space to connect and uplift local artists of all ages.
